What Could Purplish Blisters On Feet With Bumps Between Fingers Indicate?

At basic training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, I got these blisters on my feet that were kind of purple and they went down inside my skin like they were little holes but you couldn t pop them at all. Also, I d get like, little bumps in between my fingers that were like these and you could pop them. What were these?

Hi,

It seems to be dyshidrotic eczema. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected skin twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturizing cream on the entire feet.
