Dear Madam,

Pus cells in the urine are clearly indicative of urinary infection. You have got 4-6 pus cells and there are plenty of epithelial cells. This is indicative of infections in the kidneys. You are on the antibiotics which will take care of the infection. Cital makes the urine alkaline. Antibiotics loose their potency in alkaline medium, hence I would advise you to discontinue Cital.

If your infection does not get cured with this antibiotics, better to get culture and sensitivity test done on the urine. This test identifies the causative organisms and the antibiotics to which they are sensitive. Accordingly the proper antibiotics can be selected.

While choosing any antibiotics, make sure that it is safe to the baby.

I am sure this will guide you properly.
