What Could Pus Oozing, Itchy Lumps On Head Indicate?

I started to get two lumps on my head and they started to get itchy, then after scratching they formed yellowish scabs I picked it off then they started to leak sticky clear liquid. and sometimes looks like liquid pus leaving my hair feeling oily how should I treat it?
