What Could Puss Cells In The Below Urine Test Report Suggest?

Dr.my daughter 9y.o. has taken urine test last week it shows +1on protein ,blood+1,leukocytes+3,puss cells 50 ,red blood cells 18-27.I took her to a Dr.and gave her co-amoxiclav.after 4 days we did a urine test again.trace of protein,same blood +1 and leukocytes+3.,puss cells 30-35,red blood cells 10-15...but she still complains of occasional stomach ache is she getting better.

Hello

Findings may indicate urinary tract infection(UTI).Findings are improving but it is not normal yet.
She may need proper antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.

She need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.

She should drink plenty of water.
