Hi Doc , recently I took some meth and i didn t sleep for 2 days. After smoking quite a lot , I decided to take 2 sleeping tablets! All of a sudden my heart felt like it was about to stop just about when i try to fall asleep...it was racing very fast, suggestions?please...(male 19 years old

Palpitations may occur as an adverse reaction in early phase of sedation. There are many categories of sedatives and some of them may cause such symptoms. Smoking may aggravate the symptoms.
