What Could Random Dents / Indentation On Forehead Indicate?

hello i am a 51 year old man and there are small indentations(dents) appearing on my forehead, as well as the swelling of my eyebrows and some loss of eyebrow hair. these dents though feel like its the skin only so what can i do to make them go away or atleast better this condition of mine.
