What Could Recurring, Clear Water Filled Dots On Penis Indicate?

Hello. I ve had small water clear water filled, dots, I wouldn t call them blisters but on my penis. I had a culture done a whole back, but they said it was due to fungus infection, irritation, and or soap styles. I thought that was weird because I ve had all those all my life and never had bumps. But they come, like, every 5-6 months, but pretty much only when it s hot. Any response to this medically please.

Dear-thanks for using our service. I understand your frustrations but these blisters described by you can happen in humid areas in the body .It is also more frequent when the patient has colored and/or jersey underwear. It can be an allergic reaction to the color or material which can get worse with the sweating and humidity of the summer. I will suggest to use white cotton underwear and powder to keep it dry.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
