What Could Recurring Dizziness, Nausea And Headaches Indicate?

I'm having daily dizziness and nausea for the last 3 days. The only new thing i did 3 days ago that i was jumping on a trampoline for around 5 minutes. After that i was fine but next day morning the nausea happened and continuing. Also with a headache by end of each day. what is this?

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have recurring dizziness, nausea and headaches . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to a condition known as meniere's disease . In this condition there is change in composition of ear fluid or result of the abnormal amount of fluid (endolymph) in the inner ear. This can occur due to many reasons like improper fluid drainage , abnormal immune response , allergies and viral infection . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper evaluation of the condition . Doctor may order videonystagmography ,
rotary-chair testing , vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (VEMP) testing , electrocochleography or CT scan .Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , gentamicin or may recommend Meniett device and hearing aid . Avoid bending forward and drink green tea thrice a day .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
