What Could Recurring Episodes Of Heavy Salivation And Nausea Indicate?

In the last two days I have experienced two episodes of sudden unexpected heavy salivation and nausea, it lasts for about two minutes and then goes away. I have no other symptoms of flu or GI problems. Is this symptomatic of other health concerns that should be addressed?
