What Could Recurring Giddness And Vomiting While Having Diabetes Indicate?
Today morning while I started for morning walking suddenly received head spinning feeling followed by vomiting. this continued for 4 times. Now it has come down feeling drouzy now I am a diabetic and sleep less. continuously i will be on phone calls. I will on travel for 20 days a month suggest remedy

i would like to know your age and the medications you have been using for diabetes, whether it is insulin (with dose) or oral anti diabetic drugs.
the symptoms you have mentioned can be due to hypoglycemia which might have caused by the medications you have been using.
continuous vomitings would lead to electrolytic imbalance which would further worsen the condition.
i would advise you to get the blood sugars tested along with serum electrolytes.
if hypoglycemia is present it can be corrected by infusion of intravenous dextrose.
drink ors. this would help in restoring the electrolytes.
if this problem is a constant one, an adjustment of the dose would be required.
