General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I undestand your concern.
A lump in upper arm with tingling in finger tips indicate pressure of the lump on nerve supplying the fingers ( ulnar nerve )
For getting permanent relief , the lump must be investigated & treated. It can be anything concerned with shoulder joint/ it's ligaments or tendons, bursae around it/ Spur/Lump can be lipoma/ neuro fibroma.. It needs to be investigated & treated by a physician/ orthopedic surgeon.
* Till the time you can see a doctor.. you can take Vitamin B12 pill twice a day along with chymoral forte preparation to resolve swelling , where ever it is.
Thankss.
