What Could Recurring Muscle Cramps And Twitching In Body With Dull Headache Indicate?

Hi I am 64 and the last 6 months i have been getting muscle cramps all over my body at work , I also have noticed twitching in my muscles all the time, another symptom is a dull headache sometimes and even for example 1 bottle of beer results in a bad headache.I have an EMG test set for September, Regards Steve.

Hello,

I think you should check your electrolytes in blood. Taking diuretics may cause electrolytes imbalance and may lead to twitching muscles. Having potassium rich foods may help. Also, keep yourself hydrated.
