What Could Recurring Muscle Twitches Throughout The Body Indicate?

I have muscle twitches throughout my body. I can see it too if I look when it happens. It s on and off. It started in my left scapula but that stopped and now it s all over my body. I do gymnastics style training and wrestling. I m 31 and very active but since this happened and I googled it the results have freaked me out! Thanks
