What Could Recurring Numbness In Left Leg Indicate?
Hi there I wish to share a problem I ve been facing for years now. Every time I come across something unlikely, I feel numbness in my left leg that disappears within minutes. It shows up every time someone misbehaves with me or there s a possibility for the same. When face it several times a day when I m getting late for something or when I m worried about something. I d like to mention over here that there s no increase in heart rate or breathing. I m really comfortable even in the worst of situations except my leg. I don t smoke and I rarely drink. I take 5-6 cups of tea in a day and mainly vegetarian food. Please help me understand what might be the reason and if there s something I can do to move out of this.
The situational appearance of numbness in leg after exposure to stressful event or environment indicates psychological phenomenon to the body response via release of stress hormones. There are no specific therapies for the same, however, meditations and YOGA are best measures to get best results over a period of time to get rid off this.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
