What Could Recurring Pain In Stomach During Pregnancy Mean?

Hi, I am 22 weeks pregnant and I have been having recurring stomach pains everyday. It doesn t feel like a cramp, and there is no bleeding, it feels like a normal stomachache with the feeling that I need to make a bowel movement. It happens multiple times throughout the day, what can this be? Also, yesterday while eating, after about two bites, a sharp pain stretched across my stomach with a wave of a nausea accompanying, and I promptly vomited what I had just eaten. This is not the first time it has happened, what can this be?
