What Could Recurring Pinching Pain Around The Hip Bone Indicate?

I have a pinch in my lower Abbs on the left side a little lower then my hip bone. I felt it once before curling and then it went away and now I feel it again a week and a half later doing leg curls. If pinches then when I stop what I m doing it burns then fades away.

Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of a twisted muscle. Nothing serious is going on! Nevertheless, I would recommend checking vitamin D plasma levels for possible deficiency and blood electrolytes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of a muscle issue, maybe a twisted muscle. I recommend taking some magnesium supplements to help improve your situation. If this situation persists, I recommend checking vitamin D plasma levels for possible deficiency. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
