What Could Recurring Red Spots On Left Heel And Sole Indicate?

Hi I am a 63 year old female I have noticed I m getting these little red spots on my left foot heel and sometimes the edge they don t seem to go away sometimes to go to the base of my foot and blister can you tell me what they might be or what I can use to take care of them

Yes, they may be due to skin allergy and local disease involving the skin. You should apply triple antibiotic ointment topically and Ibuprofen by mouth. Take Loratadine too.


It may also be due to some blood disorder and for that you need proper in office consultation with a hematologist. Your Primary care physician will help you for the referral.
