What Could Recurring Sharp Pain In Breasts, Shoulders And Arms Mean?

i am a24 year old female,unmarried living in bangalore.i have been experiencing sharp pain in my breasts and it lasts for a few minutes and then subsides.i also feel pain beneath my left shoulder and sometimes left arm.may i please know what might be the problem?
