What Could Recurring Sinus And Ear Infection Indicate?

Have had a sinus infection, a tooth infection and double ear infection in the past 6 months. Have been on antibiotics twice and although I feel better, I still have congestion, plugged ears on and off and wake with swelling in my eyelids and some under the eye. Also my face swells slightly. My one eye is always tearing. I have used netti pot, run a purifier and humidifier, take mucinex d when I am very congested, gargle with salt water, drink hot teas, take alot of vitamins. Sometimes I get a bad smell in my nose...then I rinse out. Also get a little dizzy now and then,,assuming its my ears. Have been to doctor 4 times and to dentist and had bad tooth pulled. Felt better for a few days and now its coming back again. I have tons of allergies and can only take one antibiotic without problems. I mainly take homeopathic remedies. At the same time I have had tennis elbow and my carpel tunnel is acting up and my upper back under my neck area feels like its tingely when I m sitting at the keyboard..don t know if its related at all...maybe I need a chiropractor for that. Any ideas on what else I can do?

Treatment for recurrent or chronic sinusitis is Antibiotic such as Tab Augmentin 625 mg thrice daily or Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once daily after meals with some decongestants like Tab Diominic-dca or Tab Wikoryl thrice daily after meals with Tab Rantac or Tab Famotid twice daily empty stomach. You have to use steroid nasal spray such as betamethasone or fluticasone not more than seven days at one point of time. One can also use otrivin nasal drop or nasoclear nasal drop as decongestants three to four times daily.
