What Could Recurring, Undiagnosed Rashes On Body Indicate?
I have this unexplained rash. first they told me it was exema, then they told me it was viral, then they said scabbies, then they said it absolutely was not scabbies but contact dermatitis. Prednesone kept it under control but when I go off the prednisone it comes back. . But they have done no tests what so ever and I just saw a dermatologist today who spent exactly five minutes with me, didn t come closer then 5 feet of me and she says it s probably hayfever. What kind of tests should I ask for. I don t want to just guess and never know when it s gonna pop up.
all you have informed is you have rashes. but the cause is not diagnosed. bad thing is steroid have been started. so you have become steroid dependent. general investigation should be done. it might be associated with other systemic disease. exclude diabetes. till now all guess work is being done for hay fever there is no specific treatment it is mainly allergic rhinitis so it not with you. it appears to be allergic dermatitis.
