What Could Recurring Vomiting, Chills And Low Appetite In An Elderly Lady Indicate?

my mother is 70 and has been throwing up for 2 days. she has no appetite and is not as responsive as normal. she cant eat anything. slight chills. doesn t think she has a fever. in the past month has had decreased appetite from time to time and also vomiting occasionally

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of vomiting is matter of concern and this need to be investigated till then she can be given Ondansetron tab orally or sublingual root but the cause of vomiting may need clinical examination and investigations, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
