What Could Recurring Watery Diarrhea In A Child Indicate?

my friend s son is studying 5th class and he is suffering from painless watery diarrheoa once in every 3 months and at that time he he cannot attend his school and goes 8to 9 times a day.His blood reports and stool examination reports are obsolutetly normal
