What Could Red Blister On Penis Suggest?

I woke up with pain in the inside of the hole in my penis. I never checked it out. Later on I went to pee, and felt the pain from earlier. Looked inside my penis hole, and there was a black ball.. I put water on it, and tried to pull it out, and it was dried blood. I got to inspecting the hole more and I noticed there was a red blister and I am just curious what is happening. I have not had sex since late July, early August.

Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not, it can be due to urinary tract infection or renal calculi let out. Doing an ultrasound pelvis and urine complete can help you.
