What Could Red Blood Spots On Abdomen And Inner Thighs Indicate?

Hi my name is karen I have lil red blood spots all over my abdomen and now my inner thighs spreading down over past couple days. I m guessing it s petechiae. I ve been having these blood spots off and on for the past 2 years they ve always stayed on my abdomen there spreading much worse this time. I also have hypo thyroid could my body be attacking itself. They seemed to spread more after i ran 4 miles this morning. I m getting concerned and want to know if i should go to dr and if they could be deadly, thank you look forward to hearing an answer.

Your symptoms could be related to a coagulation disorder. For this reason, I recommend checking liver function tests and coagulation tests.
