What Could Red Bruises On Arm & Elbow Suggest?

Hi. Lately I have noticed some weird blue and red brusies on my arm. They never fade and they appear from my shoulder to my elbow. I get those without doing nothing. I have no phsycical problems and no allergies or other kinds of diagnosis. I hope you could help me to solve my problem. Thank you.
