What Could Red Dots On Face In Infants Suggest?

Hello . I noticed tiny red dots on my toddlers face in the afternoon. they look smaller now. what could they be? they are flat and look like under the skin. few around yes and some on the temple area. he was in park today and cried a lot coming home.

These red dots can be than infantile acne or lesion of miliaria rubra.
