What Could Red Itchy Vagina With Dryness Suggest?

Hello, I am finding the inner lips of my vagina to be red and itchy. I had sex 3 times in the past 2 weeks, each time with a condom. I didnt notice the itch until my period. It feels very dry and there are tiny tiny bumps on the inner lips. You can barely see them and have to look closely. Can the itching and dryness be from tampons? Or do I have an STD?
