What Could Red, Painful, Inflammed Labia With Smelly Discharge Be?

Her whole vagina is red and her labia looks inflamed. There are little balls of oatmeal looking, discharge I m assuming it s discharge right on the sides of her labia. It hurts her to wipe. She has had this since diapers and recently we ve switched to pull ups and nothing has changed. She says it hurts and hates to be wiped. She has a distinct awful odor. I wouldn t say fishy but it s very strong. She s going to the doc. Tommorow does anyone know what this could be?
