What Could Red Spot Be On Various Parts Of Skin?

I have red dots that have been appearing on various parts of my skin, for the past few years now. I have been doing research on occasion, but they are starting to become a little more frequent and more red. During the day they are very faded if not completely gone. I usually have singled out dots on my chest and stomach, but it can get all over my back. What brings the concern up again is that tonight they started to appear wrapped around the lower part of my neck and collar bone. I cant tell what it is, i dont think it is lupus because the butter fly mark has never been on my face. It s not sun/heat poison, not malaria haha...so i havent a clue what it could be because the symptom looks like a few different things. They do not itch, they dont appear extremly dry, i dont even feel them, but they are raised very slightly. My mother tells me my father used to get the same thing; what ever that may be. I am starting to personal think it is a bacterial/fungal skin infection. Thank you very much for taking the time and reading this.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query,

you might have developed acute urticaria.

It is an allergic condition.

Anything including food, cloth, change in climate, pollens etc can cause urticaria.

You need to find out the cause.

Treatment can be with oral anti histamines.

Steroids like prednisolone are also helpful but cannot be used for long.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
