sir i 25 year age man i suffer 3 month before from gential herpes and after this i cure from this one month before in night i am doing hand practice and in morning i saw a red dot on glans penis after this i am going to clinic he give me a antifungal crem and soap but from this the infection on the tip of penis a small redness is occur what is this and what can i do

It may be due to allergic reaction.
For that you may apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.
For itching you can take tablet loratidine.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Avoid sweating.
Avoid harsh cosmetic products and latex condom.
