renal untrasound has come back saying bilateral increase in corical echogenicity refleccting diffus renal parenchymal disease. The echodensiy of the renal cortex on both sides is again notes to be slightly greater than normal, There is no cortical thinning and no hydrourter is seen. Male 21 years old 6 foot 2 and 100 kilo professional athlete. Doesn t drink alcohol

It may be due to many reasons like chronic hypertension,diabetes mellitus,glomerulonephritis etc. You need further investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,complete renal function test(includes serum urea,creatinine,creatinine clearnance,GFR,sodium,potassium,calcium,phosphorus,chloride,bicarbonate). Treatment depend upon findings.
Other findings are normal.
