What Could Repeated Menses Flow In Same Month Suggest?

Hi doc, as I m suffering frm PCOD..n I m getting treatment my doctor had advised me to take ova shield ...but in the month of january I had twice periods....once on 8th jan n then on the 16 th day of my period...now this month I did nt get my periods yet....is thr any thng to worry doctor ...wil I get my regular period since I hav PCOD. ?.thank u doctor...xyyzz
