What Could Rise In Heart Rate With Body Shivering Suggest?

about half and hour ago i started all of a sudden shaking, noticed it in my hands first then when i stood up, i could feel it in my legs but i think it was cause i was tensed up. My heart rate went up, but i think i might have scared myself thinking something was seriously wrong. I ate and orange and an apple and im slowly starting to feel better but not 100% should i be going to the emergency room?

Hi,

Body shivering that's improved by eating an orange is indicating possible hypoglycemia episode. You should monitor your blood pressure and sugar levels, record the results for future reference.

For the moment, I can suggest drinking a sugary drink (can prepare yourself if you can: a glass of water and 3 tablespoons of sugar). If Still no improvement, should go to the ER. Avoid skipping your meals.

Increased heartbeats are due to panic attack you had. No worries, that's should be ok.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
