What Could Running Veins In Knee With Pumping Vibration Suggest?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...there is a vibration in my left knee since two days ,it keeps coming every minute it is like a vein runnimg from a little above my knee a little to the left and kind of a pumping vibration, no pain, please help
