General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Retrograde is ejaculation will be the cause where is semen is expelled to the bladder and which get excreted through urine.

Consult a urologist and get evaluated. Neurological causes like autonomic dysfunction and prostate-related problems must be ruled out. Most cases respond well to drugs like imipramine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
