What Could Sensitive Arm Without Bruising Mean?

I woke up this morning with a weird sensitive feeling in my right arm underneath and it feels really sensitive to touch but no brusing or redness, what could this be ? Also I notice it more if Im outside in the cold, but it feels sensitive when my arm touches my side or my sweater rubs against it.
