What Could Sensitive Vagina With Burning And Yellow Discharge Indicate?

Hi doctor I m really worried...i have a sensitive feeling on the inside of my vagina region When I wipe myself it burns....and there is a yellowish discharge. I suffer from stage 5 kidney failure and I ll be 22 in june. I broke up with my bf 3 weeks ago so the last time I was sexual active was nearly 4 or 5 weeks ago... Please help? I need advice....This is the 1st time I m having this....is it something I could of picked up at work? I work at a hospital... and we use the same bathrooms as the patients.

If this is just sensitive feeling only and not any clinical symptoms like pain, burning, swelling then this could be nonspecific because genital area it self is very sensitive and any irritation may cause such feeling, it is nothing to take if the bathroom being sheared, drink more water and condition need to be kept under observation for any changes just to ruled out the infection if ever occurs, take care.
