What Could Severe Abdominal Pain With Dark Brown Vomiting In An Alcoholic Man Indicate?

My neighbor 68 year old male has severe abdominal pain and vomited dark brown coffee ground color 2 days ago. He is an alcoholic and smoker for years. He is weak and fatigue. What is possible complication he has? What are the priority needs at this time for him?

Take him to the ER, needs investigation (SGOT, SGPT, sputum examination, CBC, ESR, USG). These investigation will tell what the cause is.
