General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Continuous chills, irrespective of the season, time, and position may be due to the chronic infection. May be urinary tract infection, intestinal infection, common cold due to the allergy, esinofelia, etc.
Running in families may be due to the allergic rhinitis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
The physician may prescribe to you cefixime, di ethylcarbamazine citrate, etc till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
