What Could Severe Headache, Stiff Neck And Loss Of Balance Indicate?

Hello sir , my dad is having a severe headache and stiff neck and also loosing lot of weight , he has problem of walking too ,he always feels like he will fell down ?? Ct scan MRI of head done and reports are with him ! Tumor ruled out from doctors of Delhi Vedanta hospital !!! Please advise what can be the cause one doctor advised to check inflamatatory disorder of blood vassals in head area ?? Pls advise where he can go for further checkups ,his condition is going bad everyday since last 6-8 months He is living in patti Amritsar , Please please please help sir

I understand your concern severe headache with neck stiffness is a feature of meningitis.
So i would like to known if he is having fever.If yes then there is urgent need for him to be seen by a neurologist as infection of brain can progress very rapidly.
Regarding inflammation in blood vessel area,a neurologist would be in a better position to explain if there is inflammation.
So please urgently take him to a neurologist first along with all previous reports.
