What Could Severe Pain In Arm And Elbows Suggest?

My wife has been having severe pain in he arm elbow area for about 3 months now. We have ben to a neurologist for an emg which showed no entrapment of any kind. Then we went ans seen an orthopedic doctor that deals with hands and elbows and he has no idea what is wrong either. Do you have any opinions
