What Could Severe Testicular Pain Be Suggestive Of?
What does it mean when your right ball hurts ? I have no lump . No swelling . No redness . It just feels as if someone kicked me. It feels like it aches and it's been hurting for three days now ? Could you give me and answer as to what it might be ? I'm 32 years old

The possible cause or pain in testis with out swelling or trauma could be because of inflammatory cause.
The treatment in this case will be a course of antibiotic with symptomatic treatment.
For diagnostic confirmation you need to get an ultrasound scrotum.
