What Could Shakiness In Hands Suggest?

my hands have just started to shake on there own?i have been the gardening with family for 30mins and then i stopped i was using and holding the pliers all that time .when i got in and held my glass my hands were shaken and still are now specially when i clench my hands i am 14 female
