What Could Shaking Leg While Sitting Aggrevated By Stress Mean?

hi, mum is 62 and for the last 2 years has been experiencing left leg shaking whenever she places pressure on this leg, it is also noticably aggravated by stress. It can also be present when sitting if pressure is applied to this leg. What could it be?
