What Could Sharp, Intense Pain On Left Side Of Back With Dizziness Suggest?

Last 3 days...started as a a odd pain on left side of back shoulder, could feel my heart pumping and it was painful. I was in sitting up posistion... hours later, as I was getting out of bed...sharp sudden and intense pain on left side of back knocked the wind out of me and I got very dizzy...couldnt move or breathe. Symptoms are becoming more frequent. I fear moving at all. Pain medication dont even help (norco 5mg).. I am a 42 year old female, 25 lbs. overweight and relativly healthy

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern this could be due to Gastroesophageal reflex disease, some time this could cause the muscular pain too, if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with the following medicines
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
3) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg once in day
3) Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
