What Could Shiny, Hard Lump On Penis Oozing Clear Puss Indicate?

I ve got a hard shiny lump on my penis and its oozing yellow puss then clear puss, I ve had it around half a week if im correct, will this go? How long its really niticable and I m meeting a girl this week? Is it meant to be hard, at first it was sore to touch but now its just a hard lump that is discharging is a hair stuck? I suffer from anxiety

Hi,
It seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection.
You might require one course of antibiotic for 3-5 days.
Clean the part and apply antibiotic cream.
Avoid sex till wound completely healed up.
Ok and take care.
