What Could Shooting Pain In Vein Of Penis With Tingling Sensation In Body, Nausea, Dizziness After Having Unprotected Sex Indicate?

Had unprotected vaginal and received oral from the female. Within two days after,I started feeling a shooting pain come thru the vein of my penis. Chlamydia and gonorrhea test came back negative. Havent had hiv test since june.Since 2weeks ago I've been having migraines, liver,kidney and chest pains for about 4days. Now I'm having tingling sensation throughout my body,feeling dizzy n nauseated, dry mouth and been sleeping like crazy. I've previously was diagnosed with genital herpes and had hair bump on side of scrotum sack which may have came in contact with the girls vaginal fluids. Plz hlp me. I'm going crazy

I think there is no indication of STD as yet. Your problems are because you are feeling extremely anxious and scared of STD. Whatever has been done can't be reverted. In future, use a condom for sex. For the time being, just relax and take some anxiolytic medicines , if possible, from your local doctor.
