What Could Short, Sharp Pain Near Left Nipple While Coughing While Being On Pacemaker Suggest?
It is after midnight where I live and twice when I have coughed in a prone position, I have had a short, sharp pain in the area of my left nipple. I have a pacemaker and have been told that I have had a least on silent heart attack. I, also, had a quad bypass in 2009.

Hi i read your query very carefully.
The pain you are describing doesn't seem to be related with previous heart disease. The pain is more related to musculo-sceletal structure of thoracic cage.
I recommend to tak some NSAID pills (i.e Advil) to relief your pain.
