What Could Shortness Of Breath, Chest Pressure While Lying Down Indicate?

The last 3 nights in a row I am waken by pressure on my chest and back, like someone is sitting on me. I also am short of breath with the pain. I have to sit up to ease the pain which lasts 20-30 minutes. The week before the pain I woke with severe pain in left side of m neck, the following morning I woke with a terrible migraine again on the left.should I be concerned about my heart?
