What Could Small Dent In Outer Thigh Muscle Indicate?

A dent has formed in my outer thigh muscle. No pain, no discomfort, just a dent/depression that is about 3 inches wide and about a half-inch high. It s been there for several weeks. the other day I noticed that another dent has formed on the same leg, this one the side of my calf. Should I be concerned?

HI
Well come to HCM
Such lesion may be due to Lipoma if this is no more paining or cause anything else, still you need to kept this thing under your watch if this goes on changing in color size and number rapidly then this need to be taken for clinical examination else this is nothing to worry, if this is really lipoma then this would increase in size in later days, some surgical removal would be necessary, hope this information helps, take care.
